Hydrating Strawberry Sea Moss Slush

Ingredients 

  • 1 spoonful of plain sea moss gel
  • fresh strawberries (6-10 depending on size and flavor desire)
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions  

Add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistency.

Notes 

Add more or less strawberries to reach a preferred desired strawberry flavor. Add more or less ice to reach desired constancy. More ice making it thicker, more slushie like and chunkier. Less ice making it thinner, more like a smoothie, and a larger focus on ingredients than the ice/thickness. You can use a flavored sea moss instead of plain to add in other additional flavors.
